About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our Complex Wound Program Manager. As part of Northwest Permanente's interdisciplinary team, you will play a key role in improving patient outcomes through expert clinical leadership and strategic program development.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance wound care quality and efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Estimated salary: $379,000 - $464,000 per year
  • Paid annual education leave + $2K annual education allowance.
  • Relocation allowance up to $15K.
  • 90%+ employer-paid health plan.
