About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales Manager/Director to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive business growth through innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
  • Own and manage product roadmaps that align with company goals, competitive analysis, and market demands.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions that integrate product, design, and technology.
  • Implement and lead Agile methodologies to ensure products are adaptable, responsive to changing customer needs, and continuously optimized.
  • Utilize deep customer insights and feedback to guide the development of digital products that meet market demands, exceed expectations, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Strategize and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven framework to measure product performance, user engagement, and trends, and business impact.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and data to refine the product.
  • Drive innovation within the team and broader organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5 years in a Product Manager or equivalent role, with 3 years experience in web design/development, digital marketing/products, e-commerce, or cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
  • Experience managing at least one digital product through its entire lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of the software development process, SaaS products, and complex product portfolios.
  • Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations and collaborating with distributed teams.
