Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team in Clark, NJ. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the development and implementation of visual merchandising displays and store layouts.
