Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients.

Insurance Portfolio Management:

Policy Renewals and Negotiation:

- Provide clients with detailed renewal proposals and alternative coverage options.
- Compare policy quotes to ensure competitive and cost-effective solutions.

Risk Analysis and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough risk evaluations for clients.
- Work with risk engineering and underwriting teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks impacting clients.

Market Knowledge and Networking:
- Keep informed about industry developments, market trends, and insurance products.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and enhance knowledge.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate client files, documentation, and records in line with company policies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field.
- Relevant insurance industry certifications (e.g., CIC, CRM) are advantageous.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and risk management strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex risks and develop customized insurance solutions.
- Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office applications.
