About the Role">

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of three to five years of experience in Sterile Processing, including decontamination, sterilization, Materials Management, and Case Cart system. Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred. As a Sterile Processing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.


Responsibilities">
  • Lead and supervise a team of Central Processing Technicians, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
  • Schedule and coordinate daily activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as OR and CPD, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, implementing cost-saving initiatives when possible
  • Evaluate and improve processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality of service
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff proficiency in sterile processing techniques and equipment operation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, such as Joint Commission and OSHA, maintaining accurate documentation and records as requiredWhat We Offer:
