Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience in case management and speech therapy is preferred but not required.
