Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is an exceptional opportunity for individuals dedicated to delivering high-quality care while prioritizing the comfort and well-being of both patients and their families. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage essential care activities with a focus on customer service in patient care delivery.
  • Support the provision of care and services to patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.
  • Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications
  • Valid Washington State CNA license.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in a physician's office or similar medical facility.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. In compliance with various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates in each position. The pay scale is $24.97 USD. However, compensation may vary based on factors specific to applicants, including skill set, experience level, and certifications or education. If this position is governed by a union contract, pay will align with the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
