Position Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing nursing support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Your responsibilities will encompass delivering personal care to ensure hygiene and physical comfort, which includes assisting with feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing, bed making, mobility support, lifting, turning, transferring, skin care, and managing bowel and bladder needs. You will deliver essential care that addresses the primary personal needs and comfort of your patients, aligned with your skills and scope of practice.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program or military medical training.
  • Preferred: Six months of relevant work experience.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant from the Washington State Nursing Commission.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Note: For Registered Nursing Assistants: Employees without CNA certification but who meet the core job qualifications will be classified accordingly. Completion of 40 hours of clinical experience is required, along with proof of application for CNA certification, which must be obtained within a specified timeframe from the date of hire.

Compensation

Hourly pay rate: $28.48
