Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with patients and customers
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed
  • Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
