Bakery Team Member and Production Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member and Production Coordinator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily, following recipes and production instructions, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:- Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members, and providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, and ensure quality and date control standards for bakery items.
- Ensure commitment to operational excellence, eliminating waste, and assisting members with purchasing decisions.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans, using the Open Door Policy, and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to tackle obstacles head-on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Competitive hourly wage range: $17.00 to $24.00.
