Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh baked items daily for our members, ensuring quality and date control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team, communicate effectively, and adapt to the needs of the business.
  • Be an Expert: Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs by operating baking equipment, following recipes/make-up instructions, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
  • Be a Techie: Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Ensure operational excellence by maintaining work area according to company policies, securing fragile merchandise, and eliminating waste.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by valuing member experiences and modeling high-quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Able to stand for long periods while assisting members quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
