About the Role:
The Infor Global Professional Services team is seeking an Inside Sales Client Partner dedicated to prospecting and promoting Infor Professional Services. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing a profitable business relationship between Infor and its clients within a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in customer engagement and sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
- Lead the sales of Infor's services by collaborating with clients to showcase value and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee customer satisfaction for existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, providing accurate and timely revenue forecasts.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the territory, including demand generation initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and clients to identify and address challenges proactively.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services, particularly within ERP environments.
- Proven track record in selling and delivering services in the Manufacturing Sector, establishing senior-level business relationships.
- Experience in managing complex accounts within a solution sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to secure new business and manage account relationships effectively.
- Ability to articulate the value of complex solutions in technical terms to enhance customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Consistent achievement of sales quotas.
- Experience with a Consultative Selling approach to demonstrate value.
- Background in technology sales or business development, with leadership experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS or Cloud services sales.
- Bachelor's Degree.
