Your Responsibilities Include:- Acting as the primary liaison within Jigsaw, collaborating with internal teams and communicating necessary information.
- Managing product trials, including training and gathering feedback.
- Addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly.
- Conducting regular customer health checks to identify renewal risks and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborating with customers to align objectives, encourage adoption, and drive value.
- Maximizing customer retention and annual growth.
- Supporting customers during onboarding and account setup.
- Training end-users and other trainers.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
