Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Welding Inspector to join our team at Pro QC International North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough welding inspections to ensure quality and compliance with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting welding inspections at fabrication shops across the U.S.
  • Reporting findings and providing recommendations based on inspections.
  • Performing final inspections before project signoffs.
  • Travel may be required for certain locations.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience as a Welding Inspector.
  • Knowledge of welding techniques and welding inspection processes.
  • Familiarity with fabrication shop inspections is preferred.
  • Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) preferred, but not necessarily required.
Industry Experience
  • Experience in industrial fabrication, particularly with projects related to hospitals and other buildings.
  • Prior experience with welding inspections for similar industries is ideal.
Contract Details
  • Contract Type: 1099 contract (Part Time)
  • Shift Hours: Flexible, dependent on the project.
  • Work Location: Chicago, Illinois.
