Job Title: Youth Soccer Coach

Job Summary: As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading fun and educational soccer activities for children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children and enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead soccer activities for children, promoting a fun and stress-free environment
  • Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve their skills
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a high-quality experience for children
  • Attend regular trainings and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children, preferably in a sports or educational setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including afternoons and weekends
