Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Account Management and Clinical Teams, you will provide administrative support, assist with client projects, and help facilitate the presentation of proposals and reports.

Responsibilities:

Client Support:
• Assist with data compilation and presentation development
• Print and bind presentations

Administrative Support:
• Manage meeting agendas and presentations
• Provide receptionist duties
• Book travel arrangements
• Handle general office tasks and administrative duties

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a professional office environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Excellent typing skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Reliable, flexible, and able to manage a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
