Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests upon arrival, open vehicle doors, and assist with unloading vehicles when necessary.
  • Retrieve keys from guests, issue tickets, and enter customer information using electronic devices.
  • Park guest vehicles in designated spaces, ensuring safe and proper operation.
  • Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage, record information, and accurately document vehicle locations.
  • Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests, assist with loading luggage or personal items when necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest inquiries, and offer directions to nearby destinations.
  • Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing services when necessary.
  • Report incidents or claims to Operations Managers or Shift Leads.
  • Collect fees for service use and reconcile end-of-shift revenue.
  • Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates.
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to verbally communicate with guests
  • Previous valet experience preferred
