Service Valet Porter Role Overview

The Service Valet Porter is a vital member of our team at The Friedkin Group, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients at Northside Lexus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome and greet customers on the Service Drive, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Assess customer vehicles, documenting any damage before taking possession, ensuring a seamless process.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Lexus Advisor team in meeting customer needs, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Conduct quality inspections on loaner cars, upholding our standards of excellence.
  • Perform custodial duties as assigned, including stocking the lobby with customer beverages, demonstrating attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
  • Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clear understanding and resolution of customer concerns.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with colleagues.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to our company's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
  • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
  • Prior customer service experience is highly valued, but not mandatory.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent, combined with one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:

An Operator's Driver's License, which must be insurable, is a necessary requirement for this role.
