Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pet Groomer to join our team at Doggie District Pet Resort & Training Center. As a key member of our resort team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our furry guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized grooming services to dogs and cats, including baths, haircuts, and nail trimming.
  • Work closely with our resort hosts to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication with clients.
  • Meet and greet clients to discuss grooming instructions and provide report cards on their pet's condition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to our resort's high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and a positive experience for our guests.

Requirements:

  • Professional grooming certifications preferred but not required.
  • Two to four years of professional grooming experience.
  • Strong knowledge of individual breed standards and breed cuts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
