About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Cloud Learning Services Partner Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting training and certification programs aligned with partner initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute training programs globally, including training intake requests, calendar, communications, and drive attendance.
  • Conduct assessments on existing training assets, identify content gaps, and collaborate with the curriculum team to develop plans to address the gaps.
  • Identify and manage third-party vendors, trainers, facilitators, and subject matter experts to build and execute partner training globally.
  • Implement metrics to measure training programs and impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility, build and manage training dashboards, track and report the progress and performance of the partner training programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience developing and/or driving training and certification programs.
  • Experience performing technical learning, or working in system integrators, or consultant roles.
  • Preferred qualifications: 3 years of experience working with a Partner organization (i.e., consulting firms), and an understanding of how Partner organizations operate.

As a Cloud Learning Services Partner Manager at Google, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our partners. We offer a competitive salary range of $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
