Job Description

The Identity and Access Management Analyst will work with various application and business owners to evaluate and update appropriate access for both users and privileged users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements for various IAM domains such as Access Certification, Identity Lifecycle Management, and analytics.
  • Create IAM governance collaterals such as policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, role types, and user access reviews.
  • Understand operational, regulatory, and other risks related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
  • Manage IAM Access Certifications Processes such as user access, privileged access, role-based access, platform, hosting, and database access.
  • Onboard and integrate application and infrastructure technologies to standardized Access Certifications.
  • Effectively interact and communicate with business partners.
  • Manage multiple dependencies between IAM projects with a proven track record of successful IAM deployments.
  • Independently manage and drive Access Certification campaigns, navigating across business stakeholders, technical stakeholders, and process requirements to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate a risk mindset to mitigate security issues facing IAM.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communicate exceptionally and work well in a team.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must reside within the continental United States.
  • Candidates must be able to work a W2 contract (no C2C arrangements).
  • 2 or 3+ years of business analyst experience in requirement gathering for IAM products such as SailPoint, ServiceNow, Saviynt, etc.
  • Experience in Identity Management.
  • Experience with user provisioning lifecycle and application provisioning.
  • Hands-on experience with IDM or IGA systems (e.g., Saviynt IGA, CA-IDM, SailPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and perform with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • BS in Information Systems, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work experience.
  • Strong automation skills: PowerShell scripting, PEGA, scripting products.
  • Mainframe/RACF and DB2 experience.
  • Active Directory/LDS or similar LDAP experience.
  • Remote access management (e.g., RSA SecurID, VPN, Citrix).
  • Experience with data reporting and metric products and tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Experience in ServiceNow.
