Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing essential administrative duties to support accounts payable processing. This includes assisting with the set up of yearly Accounts Payable (AP) accounts, inspecting purchase orders and proofs of delivery for accuracy, and filing and record keeping for invoices and support documentation as required.
Responsibilities include reconciling and reviewing statements for minor vendors, accessing financial data within AS400 and internal software systems to answer general questions, and performing data entry functions within accounting software systems.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of accounts payable processing experience, a high school degree or GED, and strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
