Wurth Electronics Midcom is seeking a highly skilled ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our EPICOR system, ensuring seamless business operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • EPICOR System Administration: Serve as the subject matter expert on EPICOR systems and processes, providing technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Business Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and maintain EPICOR system changes, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and training to EPICOR end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use the system.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot EPICOR-related issues, analyzing problems and implementing solutions to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • EPICOR Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with EPICOR systems, with a strong understanding of system design, implementation, and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, reporting, and basic infrastructure skills, including network, server, and database management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to express technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, along with relevant experience and training.
