About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Channel Marketing and Business Development to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new programs for the channel to open new channels and help partners grow within existing programs.
  • Enhance our Partnership Program for Dealers by assessing current program components and finding ways to optimize them.
  • Work with other parts of the Marketing team to develop tactical communications, including collateral, email, talking points, presentations, fact sheets, web site copy, and more.
  • Manage the Channel Sales CRM within Hubspot to monitor partner performance and assess them regularly for sales and revenue growth.
  • Design and organize events, trade shows, and other promotional events to promote our products and services.
  • Manage the Field Marketing Team, including designing and implementing training programs for our partners.
  • Develop and manage a Dealer Onboarding program to onboard new partners in a consistent way.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with a major or emphasis in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B marketing required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role required.
  • Channel marketing experience in a different industry is a plus.
  • Experience working with in-house sales teams is a plus.
  • Experience in leading and managing large, complex projects is required.
  • Experience with data, measurement, and analytics competency is preferred.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities are essential.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills are required.
