About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process member purchases by pulling merchandise from a pick list and utilizing a handheld scanner device to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations.
  • Build and shrink-wrap packages, move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, and operate equipment as needed.
  • Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and communicate expired or short-dated items included on the pick list.
  • Work with the team to have merchandise pulled from the reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
  • Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
  • Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

Requirements

  • Previous order pulling experience is preferred.
  • Big box/wholesale retail experience is preferred.
  • Previous RF scanner experience is preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces.
  • There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
  • Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is starting from $15.00.
