Job Title: RN Staff

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing direct patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assess patient needs and develop strategies to address identified concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Louisiana.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire.
  • One year of acute Emergency Department experience preferred.
Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods, lift at least 20 pounds, and work in a moderate level of noise. Physical effort required includes constant seeing, frequent lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, handling/feeling, talking, and hearing.
