Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Environmental Services staff to perform a variety of general cleaning tasks to maintain patient rooms, offices, hallways, and other assigned areas of the hospital;
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any areas of concern related to cleanliness and hygiene;
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues or concerns to management;
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred;
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
