About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Haverhill Pavilion, a leading provider of behavioral health services. As a Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our patient rooms and administrative areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine cleaning of patient and non-patient areas, including floors, surfaces, and equipment
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Operate cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and disinfectants
  • Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables, and transport them to designated areas
  • Assist with discharge and terminal cleaning of precaution rooms, and perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • One year of cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
