Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards established by the company.
  • Manage and file necessary documentation.
  • Assist in the development and oversight of project budgets for assigned tasks.
  • Prepare pre-construction Request for Proposal packages.
  • Support project meetings, milestone setting, and monthly reporting to owners.
  • Establish and manage job processes including RFIs, submittals, and payment applications.
  • Update and maintain project schedules, ensuring quality control and logistics.
  • Assist in the project closeout process.
  • Collaborate closely with the project superintendent and site operations team throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience with a General Contractor.
  • Experience with ground-up healthcare and tenant improvement projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and applicable standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Project Management software (MS Project/P6, Excel, Bluebeam, Timberline).
