Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
