Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Charlie's Produce. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately prepare and verify paperwork for outgoing drivers' books
  • Efficiently process paperwork for will call customers
  • Print pick tickets, maintain orders, and invoice customers
  • Answer customer phone calls and provide courteous service
  • Enter customer orders into the order system and assist with customer inquiries
Requirements
  • Ten-key typing by touch with a minimum of 5,000 keystrokes per hour
  • One year of data entry experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple details simultaneously
  • Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, nights, and weekends
