Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of managers and other leaders to achieve operational and financial goals.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, driving business growth and revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Own and manage the financial performance of assigned accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe working environment.
- Team Development: Identify, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in regional strategic planning meetings, contributing to the development of business strategies and initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited college or university, or eight (8) years progressive experience in multi-unit foodservice.
- Experience: 8 years multi food service operations in Corporate Dining, Higher Education or Healthcare, with a strong background in senior leadership roles.
- Skills: Proven track record of growing a business, leading teams, and driving financial performance, with excellent client relationship, influencing, and communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year.
- Bonus Eligibility: Eligible for bonus based on performance.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and holiday time off.
