Schedule: Full-time - 36 hours per week, including 2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate customer transactions and address or investigate client inquiries.
  • Guide customers to the Relationship Manager as needed.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of Macatawa's offerings and identify when they may be advantageous for clients.
  • Adhere to the bank's policies and procedures to ensure accurate management of your cash drawer, minimizing potential losses.
  • Stay informed about the latest products and fee structures of the bank.
  • Maintain the Macatawa Service Standards.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in face-to-face customer service.
  • Preferred experience in cash handling.
  • Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
