VB offers a diverse range of programs, including our Early Intervention Center program, In-home program, Social Skills program, Feeding program, Diagnostic program, and our new Comprehensive Services program, which incorporates Speech and Occupational Therapy services. VB also emphasizes, supports, and finances the professional growth of our staff to ensure they have the resources and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional services to our clients and their families.

As a Field-based BCBA, your responsibilities will include:
Training, supervising, and supporting the RBTs on your child's team
Collaborating with supervisors and the quality assurance team to achieve optimal client outcomes
Coordinating with and training caregivers to empower them as partners in their child's development
A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.

You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience in supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
