Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will assist individuals with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living activities
  • Support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
