Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests with a smile and make them feel welcome at the restaurant.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned.
  • Answer phones and take take-out orders.
  • Walk guests to their tables, roll silverware, and coordinate seating.
  • Interact with guests professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Lift and carry menus, perform light cleaning, and conduct restroom checks.
  • Update featured item boards and exterior menu boxes.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields.
  • Ability to build rapport with guests and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to understand and speak English, read written instructions, and communicate effectively.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and effectively solve problems.
