Key Responsibilities- Supervise Front Desk Operations: Oversee the daily activities of the front desk team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance, coaching, and training to front desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain Cash Handling Procedures: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling practices, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
- Communicate Effectively: Provide excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Language: English language proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
This role requires prolonged standing, frequent communication with guests, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
