Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage Front Desk Operations: Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain Cash Handling Procedures: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling practices, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless interactions with guests, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Language: English language proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Working Conditions

This role requires prolonged standing, frequent communication with guests, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout their shift.
