Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner II to join our team at NorthBay Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients with respiratory conditions
  • Utilize the Relationship Based Care Model and the four C's of the NorthBay Way to provide patient-centered care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on respiratory care and disease management
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved CoARC RCP Program
  • Current Respiratory Care Practitioner License by the state of California
  • CRT required; RRT required if hired after July 2017
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification required
  • A minimum of 6 months post-graduate acute care experience as an RCP
  • Pediatric/neonatal experience preferred
