As an Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Location Managers and overseeing key performance indicators to ensure the company's strategic plan is executed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Security: Maintain a high level of awareness, preparation, and response to safety and security-related risks, as well as regulatory compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Establish agreed-upon goals and objectives for direct reports, coach, manage, and develop them to understand key performance indicators and budgets.
  • Talent Management: Ensure the company has the talent to execute its strategies by hiring and developing a strong team and making succession planning a core business process.
  • Inventory Management: Work with the Sales Manager to manage inventory, assets, and costs in conjunction with budgetary guidelines.
  • Site Operations: Coordinate site setups, closures, and asset placements, and participate in investigations of accidents and incidents.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate requirements with vendors and monitor expenses.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of management experience with direct reports, preferably in a multi-site service environment.
  • Skills: Strong working knowledge of industry regulations, business acumen, and communication skills.
