Job Description:

FUTURE RECRUIT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in the architectural daylighting solutions market.

About the Role:

  • Lead, develop, and execute a sales strategy with independent sales representatives, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent FUTURE RECRUIT at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, showcasing our cutting-edge technology and products.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to provide product presentations and support their business needs.
  • Manage a sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Analyze sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, attending conferences, and participating in online forums to stay informed and network with peers.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and management skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry and building envelope products, with a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by architects and builders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with experience using data analytics tools to inform sales strategies.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record and relevant coursework.
  • Willingness to travel up to 33% as needed, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
