- Data Analysis: Gather data and produce visual representations to evaluate the success of treatment plans and skill assessments, guiding informed decision-making and enhancing outcomes.
- Staff and Parent Empowerment: Collaborate with our committed staff, providing essential training and support, while also engaging with parents to offer education and guidance for skill maintenance at home.

- Enrollment in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
- A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) with a certificate program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is acceptable.
- Preferred qualifications include Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and/or ABA State License (LABA).
- Consideration will be given to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion towards children and families.
- Exceptional clinical abilities in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to foster team success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations.
