Essential Qualifications: Your Skills Matter
  • Enrollment in a Master's program in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
  • A Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education) with a certificate program to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is acceptable.
  • Preferred qualifications include Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D) and/or ABA State License (LABA).
  • Consideration will be given to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion towards children and families.
  • Exceptional clinical abilities in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to foster team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services for children with autism, including familiarity with relevant guidelines and regulations.
