Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Validation and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough data validation to confirm data is accurately moved into the data warehouse, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and resolve data issues, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Source to Target Mapping: Create source to target mapping documents to capture additional application data elements for loading from source systems into the enterprise data warehouse.
  • ETL Code Development: Collaborate with the ETL team to ensure that source to target mappings are correctly translated into ETL code, guaranteeing accurate data transformation and loading.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist reporting teams in understanding reported variances between the data warehouse and source system applications, providing valuable insights for data-driven decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of data analysis experience for a data warehouse
  • 2 years P&C Insurance subject matter experience (Policy and Claims)
  • Advanced SQL knowledge
  • Extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing, ETL, and BI Architectures, concepts, and frameworks
  • 6+ years of experience in SQL
