Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, including account creation, password recovery, and service request creation
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in end-user/technical support
  • 5+ years of experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 environment
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting hardware/software problems
  • 3+ years of experience and proficiency in Linux operating systems
  • 3+ years of experience providing support of data structures, connectors, domain structure, Active Directory group policies, security groups
  • 3+ years of experience applying software patching using configuration support toolsets
  • 2+ years of experience developing user guides and training materials
  • 2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management
  • Bachelors Degree strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a federal government agency
  • Knowledge of 508 compliance
  • Experience with custom software development, cloud computing, and IT project support services
