Job Title: Real Estate Outside Sales Professional

Crye-Leike Realtors is seeking a skilled Real Estate Outside Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a home purchase and sale, providing expert advice to clients, and building strong relationships with them.

The ideal candidate will be an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication skills. You will be responsible for coming up with creative ideas to market and sell homes, as well as finding new homes that meet the needs of our clients.

As a Real Estate Outside Sales Professional, you will earn money for each transaction you complete, and your income will increase as you complete more transactions. With a few years of disciplined work, you can earn a salary of $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year.

To be successful in this role, you must obtain a real estate license, which requires completing real estate classes and passing a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Network with other real estate professionals to market your home listings.
  • Stay updated and informed on the local real estate market to be aware of current home listings and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with all clients on a regular basis and answer their questions.
  • Represent your clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
  • Show a desire to forge connections, build trust, and manage long-term relationships with individuals.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
