We are seeking a dynamic Executive Search Partner to lead our construction recruitment initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of working from Dallas or remotely.

Compensation Package:

We provide a customizable compensation structure tailored to your needs. Options include a base salary of up to $120,000, with commission rates starting at 50% and potentially reaching 65%. Detailed discussions will occur during the interview process.

As a Partner, you will also benefit from equity that generates regular dividends.

Additionally, team override bonuses will be available once performance is consistent, providing a stable income akin to a salary.

Your Responsibilities:

• Receive premier training in retained search methodologies. One of our Partners, who began with $300,000 in billings, is now achieving over $1.5 million annually.

• Enjoy comprehensive execution and recruitment support for your active roles, allowing you to concentrate on attracting and retaining clients.

• Be motivated to rapidly develop your own team.

• Established over 40 years ago, we have a robust team of over 100 executive search specialists operating nationally across various sectors including Construction, Industrial, Real Estate, Energy, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.

• Our business model consists of 60% retained searches and 40% contingent placements, focusing exclusively on direct hire and permanent positions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of full-desk/360 recruitment experience.
