Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor facility operations and identify potential issues to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems to ensure the safety and security of our data centers.
  • Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) to track and record maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with contractors and management to ensure timely completion of work orders.
  • Develop and maintain Method of Procedures (MOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) for site-specific equipment.
  • Interact with various stakeholders to respond to service requests and ensure the continuous operation of the facility.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Experience as an electrician required
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Google G Suite) and ability to learn proprietary systems and software.
  • Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS) and Delta Controls/entail WEB experience a plus.
  • Electrical Power Monitoring Systems and Schnieder Power Management Expert (PME) a plus.
  • Familiarity with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS)
