We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the management of back of house restaurant operations, ensuring great food, service, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
