We currently have an opening for a part-time Client Service Representative in Grove City, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and cultivating new prospects through effective needs assessment and a solid understanding of our products and services. You will assist customers by opening accounts, processing transactions accurately, and managing cash supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships through strategic sales efforts, utilizing your industry knowledge and understanding of Heartland Bank's offerings.
  • Perform job duties with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing transactions, managing account activities, and using cash handling technology in compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and oversee the cash supply throughout your shift, ensuring precise management of the vault's cash.
  • Coordinate cash shipments and deliveries, ensuring flawless execution of cash handling protocols.
  • Meet and exceed sales performance standards, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in customer service.
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to customers, identifying their needs and navigating branch processes to deliver outstanding service.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals in production, sales, and operational performance.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Identify and refer potential business opportunities across various services, including investments and lending.
  • Engage in training and meetings to enhance your skills and share relevant information with colleagues.
  • Adhere to security protocols to protect customer information at all times.
