We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cashier to join our team at Little Caesars. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing transactions, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet Customers: Welcome customers when entering and leaving the premises, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, credit, and check transactions, and provide change and receipts as needed.
  • Balance the Cash Register: Accurately balance the cash register at the end of each shift, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Scan Goods: Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing and quantities, providing excellent customer service throughout the process.
  • Provide Change and Receipts: Provide change and receipts to customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Issue Coupons and Vouchers: Issue coupons, vouchers, stamps, and gift cards as needed, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Process Returns and Refunds: Process returns and refunds, resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Bag and Wrap Purchased Goods: Bag and wrap purchased goods for safe transport, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Upsell and cross-sell when appropriate, promoting additional sales and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or Equivalent: Possess a high school degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and skills.
  • Experience with POS Systems: Have experience with POS systems and cash registers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transaction processing.
  • Basic Computer Knowledge: Possess basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in software and hardware systems.
  • Good Math Skills: Demonstrate good math skills, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing and cash handling.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, ensuring effective communication with customers and colleagues.
