You will work closely with our Branch Manager PC to ensure that all client communications are documented accurately and in compliance with our policies and procedures. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building and maintaining relationships with clients, responsible parties, and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families
* Ensure quality assurance of services provided in the client care setting
* Support sales efforts for Gentiva Personal Complete
* Document all client communications in Matrix
* Collaborate with Branch and Staffing Manager/s to resolve client concerns and prevent unnecessary discharges

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Two years previous office experience and knowledge of filing
* Two to five years customer service experience preferred
* Knowledge of Matrix
* Familiar with State and Federal laws pertaining to the industry as well as labor laws
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Extensive telephone use is required
* Local car travel is required
* Must read, write, and speak fluent English
